Fire Syrup Spicy Grilled Peaches


6 fresh peaches (or other stone fruit), sliced in half with pits removed

1/4 cup Fire Syrup



1.  Preheat your grill (or grill pan on your stove) – you’ll be using low, indirect heat for this one.

2.  Dry your halved fruit. Drizzle the cut sides with the Fire Syrup.

3.  Place on the grill, close the lid and walk away for 10 minutes.

4.  Check on the peaches, adjusting their position and removing when cooked through (10-30 minutes).

Serve with vanilla ice cream - Drizzle Fire Syrup over the peaches and ice cream.
